Lisa Wheatcroft
Lisa Wheatcroft

Managing Director

Lisa is an experienced leader, recognised for extensive experience in driving change and business transformation through people.

Demonstrating the success of Lisa’s leadership, Lisa has implemented strategies that have driven positive cultural change and improved colleague engagement by 20%, reduced costs by over £90m and improved organisational performance. Lisa also has extensive Trade Union and employee relations experience, dealing with official and unofficial industrial action during her time at Heathrow Airport.

Experienced in leading and driving performance through large multisite teams, most recently running a national retail business with 850 employees: delivering annual sales of £55m and increasing profits by 10% against a challenging retail landscape pre and post Covid.

Evidencing robust education and experience, Lisa is MCIPD, has an NVQ Level 4, and has a Postgraduate degree in HR Management and over 20 years’ experience in Operational leadership. Most recently, Lisa worked as Chief Operating Officer at a large equity backed retail brand and was accountable for the successful running of 90+ salons across the UK, focusing on leadership of the Operations, Customer, and People functions across the business.

Prior to that, Lisa held several senior roles at Heathrow Airport, including Head of Talent & Development. During this time, she led a 5-year strategy to drive culture change within the organisation, led the organisation restructure of 350 managers, and implemented new ways of working: resulting in leaner, more cost-efficient operations with increased leadership accountability.

Andrew Beaumont

Andrew has a passion for HR, and a strong belief that his clients should receive the highest quality service and advice. Following a successful career as a people manager in banking, Andrew then transferred to corporate HR within the same industry and found his calling.

He went on to head up HR departments both in the UK and overseas, until his decision to depart from corporate HR and set up his own private consultancy, which now has a client base across the entire country.

He is an advocate for regarding staff as a company’s biggest asset but also actively markets himself as a HR Consultant who doesn’t do ‘pink and fluffy’. He is able to find a balance between personal and business needs. He demonstrates to his clients how to remove the pains of employment and HR issues, simplify the employment process whilst ensuring full legal compliance, and use it as a tool to add value to a business.

Kelly Anderson

Kelly is an experienced and accomplished senior HR professional with global experience. Throughout her 20- year career, she has developed great experience in all things people and culture.

From developing and implementing people strategies, to the more specialised elements of cultural change, reward and pay frameworks, organisational development, scale-ups and M&A diligence and integration, Kelly has a broad portfolio of skills and competencies, gained through experience within varying industries, including Defence & Security, Retail, High-Tech and Construction.

Along with deep expertise in many facets of the People elements of an organisation, Kelly balances the commercial aspects of HR alongside an authentic and commercial approach to delivering results.

She is further experienced at an Executive board level both in the UK and internationally, which brings a wider understanding of organisational strategy, financials, boardroom dynamics and driving change. She thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to navigate complex issues and deliver upon solutions. Kelly is degree qualified, a fellow member of the CIPD and an accredited executive coach.

Simon Moss

Comms and PR Specialist

Simon provides support on internal and external strategies for disruptive firms at the leading edge of innovation. This ranges from fast-growth start-ups to public and private organisations delivering transformational projects on a national and international scale.

Simon is highly experienced in traditional PR and influencer relations, social media management and campaigns based around talent acquisition and retention.

With a wealth of experience in supporting a wide range of organisations, Simon’s previous work includes:

  • Capita PLC – partnering with Capita, delivering proactive communications campaigns alongside its in-house press office. First working with its corporate venture arm, Scaling Partner, Simon quickly branched out to support a number of business units across pensions, financial services, insurance and education & learning.
  • An example of Simon’s work supporting clients with recruitment drives would be for National Broadband Ireland (NBI).  NBI won a $3 billion contract with the Irish Government in 2019 to deliver broadband to over a million people in rural Ireland.
  • Simon’s communications support has helped NBI and their key subcontractors recruit over 1200 people to work on the project in under two years. This will continue to scale to approx. 2,000 people.
  • Development of Employee Value Proposition collateral (used in recruitment and employee onboarding to nurture cultures and values)

Lindsey works with organisations to develop impactful leadership programmes to improve communications, relationships, productivity, wellbeing and resilience in the workplace. Using Organisation Transactional Analysis, she work with groups to help build teamship and collaboration which is becoming more challenging with hybrid and virtual relationships.

Deb has over 30 years’ experience in Learning and Development, Coaching and HR.

She is an experienced professional who specialises in Management and Leadership Development. Deb has worked across a number of industries from financial services to transport and retail and has extensive experience of training design, delivery and facilitation. In addition she is skilled in recruitment and organisational design plus employee engagement and culture.

Deb is a highly effective individual and team coach and works with Managers and Leaders to develop and improve their personal impact. 

Debbies experience includes:

  • Developed a Blended Learning Platform to upskill the management population of over 200 Managers for a major client
  • Delivered numerous Management Development and Coaching interventions to upskill and support Managers across multiple industries
  • Worked in Partnership with Heathrow Airport to design and deliver the learning strategy for front line colleagues, resulting in 200 internal promotions 
  • Led on the training and development for a retail business which had a volume hire requirement of over 60 hard to fill roles  per month
  • Supported an international transport client in their cultural change programme 
  • Provided Team Coaching facilitation across large supermarket chain to improve team effectiveness

Laura is a Chartered HR professional with 17 years’ experience in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, working both nationally and internationally. Her background spans all areas of people management and the employee lifecycle including Reward: Pay Benchmarking and Job Evaluation; Employee Wellbeing; Equality and Diversity, Resourcing/Recruitment and Employment Law. The support Laura offers can be as part of one-off projects or an ongoing relationship.

Centering on social causes at the core of Laura’s work, her portfolio includes organisations such as Oxfam International and the NHS where she delivered pragmatic and solutions-oriented support. Recent clients range from private sector organisations such as MTR Elizabeth Line and INGO’s such as War Child to small UK based Not-for Profit organisations including Elton John Aids Foundation. Strong ethics, professionalism and providing high-quality HR expertise have fueled Laura’s drive which is to support organisational missions through compassionate HR.

With over 15 years in corporate HR, I have held senior HR roles and led HR functions to success. I have a true passion for helping companies align their business priorities with their people, to achieve great things.

I have a breadth of experience in both SMEs and large blue-chip environments, within a diverse number of sectors such as Technology, Finance, Oil & Gas, Professional Services, Engineering, and Business Education.

As well as the practical experience I have gained over the last 15 years, I understand the theory and philosophy that’s sits behind good HR practices as I have an MSc in Human Resource Management and I am CIPD qualified. I am extremely passionate about mental wellbeing in the workplace and am a qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor.

To be a successful HR professional you need to be comfortable operating at both an operational and strategic level and I pride myself on being able to operate at both levels.

I see my strengths as acting as a trusted partner/ally to the management and leadership team, through actively listening, coaching, and supporting them to overcome their business obstacles and put in place short and long-term initiatives to help them achieve their goals through effective people initiatives.

When I’m not at work I love quality time with my family taking my daughter and sausage dog out for long walks. I love musical theatre, a good documentary, cooking, and karaoke!! I am also the founder of a mental wellbeing business that delivers training workshops to SMEs on topics around resilience and mental health.

Quick to demonstrate engagement with all levels of stakeholders, Jyoti is highly experienced in managing diverse HR multi-country teams with a particular focus on establishing new business functions, managing business integration and implementing large-scale change within complex environments.

Jyoti brings a high delivery focus with a proven ability to quickly adapt to new environments, maintain strong customer focus and influence key stakeholders to realize and embed desired benefits.
